Ingredients:
- 3 ½ cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 ¾ sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ cup jube jubes, halved and floured
- Frosting and candies for garnish
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat oven to 350
- Butter and flour a bundt pan
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients
- In a second bowl, mix milk and vanilla
- In a third bowl, mix the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add the eggs and beat until smooth
- Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk
- Cut and flour the jube jubes and add to the mixture
- Pour into the prepared pan
- Bake for 75 minutes or until toothpick is clean when inserted
- Frost when cool and top with extra candies
