Enchilada Marinade
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup broth
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ cup chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Get a mason jar and ziplock bag
- Pour all ingredients into the jar or bag
- Shake well
- Place meat (I use chicken) into the jar or baggie
- Shake again so the meat is fully coated
- Let sit in a refrigerator for 24 hours
- Take out the meat and cook as desired
