I do both training and nutrition programs. My plans are customized to meet your food preferences and dietary needs. No plan is a "one size fits all" therefore I send out nutrition and training questionnaires to acquire the information necessary for your personal success!
I provide consistent coaching through online journalling and emails. You tell me the foods you want and then I put them in a personalized and calculated meal plan. You will receive meals for your training days and rest days. I can also look at what your physique and strength goals are and design a training program for you. I can do plans for contest prep or for personal goals. Programs can be 8, 12, 16 weeks or more.
I have an online tracker that you fill out weekly/ biweekly with weight, measurements and information regarding energy levels, sleep, mood, etc. I make adjustments based on your progress and food preferences. I communicate through email to help you with any questions or support. I am very flexible with my pricing and work within YOUR budget.
