Ingredients:
- 145g butter pecan cake mix
- ½ cup almond milk
- 30g flour
- 4 tbsp apple sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 126g egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tbsp pecan icing per muffin (after baking)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients into a large bowl
- Mix until smooth
- Spray a muffin tray with PAM
- Pour batter into molds
- Put in oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until toothpick is inserted and removed clean
- Add ½ tbsp of pecan icing onto each muffin
